We have learned a lot about the first settlers to form permanent settlements on the North American continent.

Special Guests came to help us learn about Colonial Times.

A friend taught us how to build model boats...inside bottles!  Another visitor taught us how to make salve from herbs and oil that will cure scrapes and cuts.

We built model ships, painted ships and wrote stories about our Pilgrim characters in our ship-shaped books!

We cooked colonial foods including corn bread, journey cakes and Indian pudding.
